The Journey
My journey into Pilates began during a period of chronic back pain. The strength, alignment and renewed vitality I gained through regular practice were transformative - not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. That experience inspired me to train as an instructor and share the benefits of Pilates with others.
I completed my matwork and reformer certifications with STOTT Pilates, one of the world’s most respected and rigorous training programmes. Stott blends classical Pilates principles with modern exercise science, focusing on precise movement, breath, core strength and functional alignment.
I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every client feels supported, challenged and empowered. Whether your goal is recovery, improved athletic performance or simply moving and feeling better in your body, I would love to work with you.

Private 1:1 Reformer or Matwork Classes
Work directly with Jo in these personalised matwork or reformer sessions designed around your body's specific needs, focusing on core strength, posture and flexible movement from a thoughtfully designed and fully equipped matwork and reformer home studio in South West London.
Private Group 4:1 Sessions
Perfect for friends or small groups, these 4:1 matwork classes are held in my welcoming home studio. Train together in a supportive group of up to four, combining personalised attention with the energy and motivation of a shared session.
You bring the group — all equipment is provided.
Classes run during term time only and are booked in 10-week blocks.
Private Group 8:1 Sessions
Tailor-made group matwork classes designed around the unique needs and goals of your group. Ideal for friends, colleagues or community groups looking to train together in a supportive and motivating environment.
Suitable for mixed abilities, with clear progressions and modifications provided throughout to ensure everyone feels both challenged and supported.
You bring the group, arrange a suitable venue and each participant brings a mat.
Classes run during term time and are booked in 10-week blocks.
